Evaluation Window
Your system runs live with real customers. If you decide it is not the right fit for your business, your monthly fee is refunded. The setup fee is non-refundable from Day 16 — we have already deployed.

You raise it in writing
A short email to your engagement contact stating that Day 15 scope was missed, or that the system is not the right fit within the evaluation window.
We check against the signed scope
We compare delivery against the kickoff document you signed. There is no negotiation over what was promised — it is already on paper.
The refund is issued
The applicable amount — full refund including setup before Day 15, or the monthly fee through Day 30 — is returned to your original payment method.

Yes — fully, if we miss the agreed Day 15 scope. From Day 16, once deployment is complete, the setup fee becomes non-refundable; the monthly fee stays refundable through Day 30.
It is measured against the signed kickoff document, which defines a delivery definition for each module. If a module does not meet that definition by Day 15, the guarantee applies.
No. Between Day 16 and Day 30, if you decide the service is not the right fit for your business — for any reason — your monthly fee is refunded.
Day 31 onwards is entirely opt-in. From Month 2 you pay for outcomes — per qualified lead, booked appointment, resolved query or recovered debt — never for seats.
